This course is designed for students enrolled in Reiki Level 1. Upon joining and completing the course, your progress is tracked, and the instructor will be notified to support you throughout your journey. Reiki, pronounced “ray-key” and translated as “universal life force energy,” is widely recognized for its ability to help the body restore balance and enhance self-healing. Through activating the parasympathetic nervous system, Reiki aids in returning the body to a natural state of homeodynamic equilibrium. In Reiki Level 1, you’ll be introduced to self-Reiki, a practice that empowers you to channel this healing energy for personal well-being. This foundational course will prepare you for the Level 1 attunement, a sacred process that opens your energy channels through the placement of the Reiki symbol in your crown chakra and palms. After completing the course, you’ll have ongoing access to reference materials, and the instructor will remain available to answer any questions. The course structure is intentionally simplified to encourage experiential learning, emphasizing essential Reiki principles.
